1. General Policy
1.1 Service fees paid to Cipher Global LLC (“Cipher Global,” “we,” or “us”) are non-refundable once document review or application drafting has begun.
1.2 Government fees, third-party charges, and courier costs are subject to the policies of those providers.
2. Non-Refundable Items
2.1 Consultancy retainers, document assessments, and pre-approval submissions.
2.2 Visa filing fees and immigration medical bookings.
2.3 Company formation and licensing payments submitted to authorities or free zones.
3. Limited Exceptions
3.1 Refunds may be considered if Cipher Global fails to initiate the agreed scope of work within 10 business days of receiving complete documents and full payment.
3.2 Any approved refund will exclude third-party expenses already incurred on your behalf.
4. Client Withdrawal
4.1 If you cancel after engagement, all paid amounts remain non-refundable.
4.2 Requests to pause or defer will be assessed case-by-case and may attract additional handling fees.
5. Government or Policy Changes
5.1 Cipher Global is not responsible for losses caused by changes in UAE immigration or licensing policies.
5.2 Denials or delays by authorities do not qualify for refunds.
6. How to Request a Review
6.1 Submit written requests to applications@getmyvisatoday.com within 7 days of the disputed charge.
6.2 Include your full name, invoice number, and supporting documents. Reviews are processed within 14 business days.
