2. Services
2.1 Cipher Global offers visa facilitation, business setup advisory, document processing, and related consultancy services in the United Arab Emirates.
2.2 We act as consultants. Visa issuance and approvals are controlled exclusively by UAE authorities.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Provide accurate, complete information and required documents in the requested format.
3.2 Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal, travel, or business circumstances that may affect eligibility.
3.3 Comply with all UAE legal requirements, including immigration, customs, and tax regulations.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 All fees quoted are in AED or USD unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Payments must be made in full prior to submission of applications unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
4.3 Government fees, third-party costs, and courier charges are separate from Cipher Global’s service fees.
5. No Guarantee of Approval
5.1 Visa and licensing decisions are made solely by UAE authorities. Cipher Global does not guarantee approvals, processing times, or outcomes.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays arising from government backlogs, policy changes, or force majeure events.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1 We safeguard your data in accordance with applicable UAE privacy regulations and internal security protocols.
6.2 By engaging our services, you consent to the use of your information to process applications and coordinate with relevant authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Cipher Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
7.2 Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid directly to us within the preceding six months.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Content on www.getmyvisatoday.com is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2 Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Failing that, matters fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
